"Service" refers to the workshops, materials and community sessions provided by Cendrik. "User" refers to any person accessing our website or attending a workshop. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Cendrik.

By registering for a workshop or submitting our contact form, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

3. Service Description

Cendrik provides general education, planning tools and community discussion related to household money management. Workshops are held in Kuala Lumpur and are open to households across Malaysia. Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute regulated financial advisory services.

4. User Responsibilities

Participants agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and other attendees, and to use provided materials for personal household purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, planning pads and workbooks remain the intellectual property of Cendrik. Participants receive a limited, personal licence to use these materials for their own household planning.

6. Payment Terms

7. Disclaimers

Our workshops are provided as general education only. We make no promises regarding specific household financial outcomes, and nothing in our sessions should be treated as personalised financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Cendrik's liability arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant workshop.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or cancel workshop bookings at our discretion, with a reasonable explanation provided where possible.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion before pursuing formal proceedings within the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
